Questions

Are there setup fees?

No. You pay the listed price per item plus postage.

What file should I send?

A PNG with a transparent background works best. If you only have a JPG or a photo of your logo, send it anyway and we'll let you know if it needs cleaning up.

Can I mix different items in one order?

Yes. Add as many items as you need on the quote page, like 20 shirts, 10 caps and a box of business cards.

Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes. We're on the Central Coast of NSW and ship Australia-wide. Postage is added to your quote.

Is my logo uploaded when I use the preview?

No. The preview runs entirely in your browser. Your file is only sent to us if you choose to request a quote.
